Partnership Overview

Joint customers can route OT network metadata into the CyberX platform (now part of Microsoft Defender for IoT) through Waterfall’s Unidirectional Gateways, keeping the production network protected from inbound IT-side traffic. CyberX and Waterfall are technology partners. The integrated solution is the basis for defense-in-depth protection across the shared vertical markets including energy, manufacturing, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, transportation and the Industrial IoT. The combined solution allows CyberXs real-time situational awareness information to be securely transmitted through the Waterfall’s Unidirectional Security Gateway to SIEMs in the corporate security operation center (SOC) and other systems on the corporate network, without putting the Operational Technology (OT) network at risk.
