Joint customers can route OT telemetry into AVEVA’s platform through Waterfall’s hardware-enforced one-way gateways, gaining the visibility AVEVA provides while keeping the control network unreachable from IT. Waterfall Security is a trusted partner of OSIsoft (now AVEVA) since 2009, securing the IT/OT connections in PI deployments for countless mutual customers worldwide.
Hardware-enforced Unidirectional Gateways replicate PI Historians, Asset Framework (AF), and other industrial servers from industrial networks to IT networks. Once there, IT users and applications access the PI and AF replicas as if they were the original industrial servers. Also, Waterfall Unidirectional Gateways are fully integrated with AVEVA Data Hub architectures, enabling safe usage of AVEVAs cloud-based Data Hub tools and services.
