Waterfall Security Solutions is a leading OT (Operational Technology) Cybersecurity Vendor dedicated to providing cutting-edge solutions for securing critical infrastructure.

Role Overview:

Role Overview – Leading Waterfall’s Federal, the focus of this sales position is to effectively and passionately engage with Civilian Agencies and armed forces leading them on their journey to provide them with the strongest cyber security solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing

•Lead all facets of the Federal strategy for North America

•Led internal brainstorming, analyzing, and identifying partnership opportunities, strategy development, prospecting, deal structuring, negotiation, and implementation.

•Demonstrate a broad comprehension of the needs, market trends, industry challenges, major players, relevant products, and technologies.

•Research market conditions to develop sales goals and marketing strategies.

•Define go-to-market strategy for the Federal civilian market .

•Accurately forecast public sector revenue. Analyze and remove revenue barriers.

About You

•10+ Years of previous experience leading Federal or Public Sector Sales.

•Ability to liaise with and motivate individuals at all company levels. Comfortable working with multiple teams and stakeholders – from individual contributors to senior executives across internal and external teams.

•Successful track record building relationships and winning sales in the Federal space .

•Sales star – You are a great salesperson with sales methodology knowledge who will be the role model of sales excellence for the team. Your extensive experience will allow you and others to negotiate wins internally and externally while maintaining strong relationships skillfully.

•Authentic customer service mindset, you care about the experience you and your team create.
