As we expand our cutting-edge R&D efforts, we are looking for a highly motivated R&D Project Manager Officer to join our growing team.

Role Summary:

As an R&D Project Manager Officer at Waterfall Security, you’ll manage a portfolio of innovative, mission-critical R&D projects. You’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth execution, from planning through delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee end-to-end R&D project lifecycles
• Develop project plans, track budgets and timelines
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and allocate resources
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Communicate progress to leadership and key stakeholders
• Promote process improvements and innovation

Requirements:

• BSc/MSc in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• 5+ years of project management experience (3+ in R&D)
• Proven success managing complex, high-impact projects
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, MS Project, or Asana
• Fluent English; Hebrew an advantage

Preferred:

• Experience in OT, cybersecurity, or critical infrastructure
• PMP certification or Agile experience
• Experience working with global teams
