התפקיד כולל : הנהלת חשבונות שוטפת, חשבוניות ספקים, תשלומים לספקים, התאמות ספקים. חשבוניות לקוחות, גיול, התאמות לקוחות. התאמות בנקים, וכרטסות. טיפול בתשלומים, צ’קים והוראות תשלום לבנקים. דיווחים חודשיים ושנתיים למוסדות (מע”מ, מס הכנסה וביטוח לאומי). ניסיון בהנהלת חשבונות עד מאזן – חובה. הכנת דוחות נוכחות טיפול בדיווחים לרשויות (ביטוח לאומי, מס הכנסה וכו’) ניהול הפרשות סוציאליות ופנסיוניות מול המבטח הפנסיוני הכנת טופס 161 סיומי העסקה מיקום המשרה – ראש העין דרישות התפקיד: מנהל/ת חשבונות סוג 2 ומעלה. חשב/ת שכר + ניסיון בהפקת תלושים ותהליכי השכר בארגון נסיון מוכח בעבודה עם פריוריטי, סאפ שליטה מלאה באקסל יכולת עבודה עצמאית. יחסי אנוש מעולים.
