Waterfall is looking for self – motivated candidates to join our Sales Team in a leadership position and be part of an exciting startup. New business development through leveraging your network and qualifying leads. Secure key reference accounts in relevant verticals Execute land-and-expand campaigns, from POC to large deployments Deliver successfully on enterprise quota targets Attending industry conferences and events periodically Presenting and demonstrating Waterfall’s products Apply both tactical and strategic go-to-market models aimed at growing the customer base both in short and long terms to drive higher revenues, customer growth and retention. Experience in selling Network Security products, and comfortable working in startups 10+ years of Direct Sales experience, ideally selling to industrial companies and/or Government sector Previous experience in the field of ICS (Industrial Control Systems)- bid advantage Experience working with global teams Strong ability to multitask Adaptability, flexibility, positive energy, and integrity Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and presentation skills Excellent problem finding and solving skills Willing to travel Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong business relationships with internal and external stakeholders at senior levels. Strong technical and business knowledge with complementary skills to understand the customers business drivers and align to Waterfall-Security solutions is essential. Executive presence with excellent written and oral communication skills. Demonstrated ability to clearly communicate complex topics. Must have the ability to work on his/her own without constant direction or supervision. He/she must be self-motivated and possess a strong work ethic to continually strive to put forth extra effort
