About The Position

Sales Director – Waterfall Security

Waterfall Security is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Director to join our team in a leadership role.

This is a unique opportunity to drive business growth, establish key accounts, and contribute to the expansion of our global footprint.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop new business opportunities by leveraging your network and qualifying leads.
  • Secure key reference accounts in target industries.
  • Drive land-and-expand strategies, from POC to large-scale deployments.
  • Consistently meet and exceed enterprise quota targets.
  • Represent Waterfall Security at industry conferences and events.
  • Present and demonstrate Waterfall’s products to potential customers.
  • Implement both tactical and strategic go-to-market strategies to drive revenue growth, customer acquisition, and retention.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in selling network security solutions.
  • 3+ years of direct sales experience, preferably within industrial sectors or the government sector.
  • Strong advantage: Experience in ICS (Industrial Control Systems).
  • Experience working within global teams.
  • Ability to multitask effectively and manage complex sales cycles.
  • Adaptable, flexible, and results-oriented with a strong sense of integrity.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior-level stakeholders.
  • Strong technical and business acumen, with the ability to align customer needs with Waterfall Security solutions.
  • Executive presence with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
