About The Position

Waterfall Security Solutions is a leading OT (Operational Technology) Cybersecurity Vendor dedicated to providing cutting-edge solutions for securing critical infrastructure. With a proven track record globally, we are expanding our operations to APAC and are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Channel/Partner Sales Manager to lead our partner recruitment, sales initiatives, and revenue generation efforts in the region.

 Position Overview:

We are looking for an accomplished Sales with a solid background in the APAC market.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the cybersecurity landscape, proven experience in recruiting and managing channel partnerships, and a successful track record of driving sales in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer and Partners Recruitment and Management:

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners for regional expansion.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers and partners, providing support, training, and resources to ensure successful collaboration.
  • Conduct customer meetings with partners to strengthen relationships.

 Sales Strategy and Execution:

  • Oversee all sales-related and business development activities.
  • Lead pipeline development, qualify sales leads, and facilitate successful business closures.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth through channel partners.
  • Collaborate with partners to create joint business plans and ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Ensure quota achievement through effective sales strategies.

Market Expansion:

  • Expand the business and increase revenue within the region.
  • Conduct market research to identify key trends, opportunities, and challenges in the APAC OT cybersecurity market.
  • Work closely with the marketing and SDR team to develop region-specific campaigns and initiatives.

Contract Negotiation:

  • Lead negotiations with partners on contracts, pricing, and terms.
  • Ensure agreements are mutually beneficial and aligned with company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in channel/partner sales management, with a focus on cybersecurity solutions.
  • Proven track record of successfully driving sales and revenue in the target markets .
  • Demonstrate consistent quota attainment track record selling complex-solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain successful partnerships.
  • In-depth understanding of the OT cybersecurity landscape.
  • Existing relationship with major OEMs
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Ability to travel within the regions as needed.
