We’ll start with a new interactive tool that visualizes attacks against a hypothetical power plant. The tool can illustrate attack paths in the face of different defensive architectures, and maps well-known historic attacks into the visualization to provide perspective.

We continue with new insights into AI attack capabilities, and finish with an update of the OT threat environment – attacks in 2026 that will feature in the 2027 Waterfall / ICS Strive threat report.
