About the position

Are you passionate about ensuring the efficiency and security of IT systems?

We are seeking a qualified individual to join our team as an IT Manager.

As an integral part of our organization, you’ll showcase your ability to navigate a dynamic IT landscape, lead project teams, and develop and mentor employees.

By managing and supporting the IT team, your role will involve continuous development, implementation, and maintenance of our IT technology and security program.

What it takes to be our IT Manager:

Bachelor’s degree in IT related field or equivalent experience

At least 5 years of progressive IT experience

Demonstrated ability to lead and guide project teams.

Demonstrated experience or certification in need to add technologies.

Knowledge of cybersecurity, communication, and enterprise-wide technologies and practices around corporate programming

Progressive experience in installation, configuration, and support of enterprise software and hardware solutions

Ability to prioritize and urgently respond to various tasks, projects, and people.

Strong interpersonal skills

Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems

Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation


What your day will look like as an IT Manager:

Manage and support the Corporate IT team and third-party IT partners.

Manage the continuous development, implementation, and maintenance of the company’s IT technology and security programs.

Ensuring security policies, standards, and procedures are established and enforced.

Maintain necessary certifications to support cybersecurity efforts.

Proactively communicate with department leaders and employees regarding all critical issues.

Work with IT consulting partners to facilitate support of corporate technologies.

Proactively manage process improvement opportunities

Effectively manage IT department budget

Manage the Crisis Management Program

Create and execute project work plans related to internal IT projects and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
