As the VP of Sales North America, you’ll get to:
Manage, mentor, and motivate the existing team of Account Executives.
Develop a clear multichannel go-to-market strategy that shows how you will be able to effectively scale revenue growth.
Assess and improve upon current sales processes, methodologies, infrastructure, and metrics to optimize the performance of the sales organization.
Define and implement operational metrics and KPIs that measure, optimize, and continually improve the efficiency and effectiveness of sales programs, tactics, and strategy.
Recruit, hire and train additional team members. Oversee the sales pipeline and cadence, mentor team members on tactics and deal progression, and use your network to expand and open up new opportunities for the team.
Build and enhance relationships with our largest strategic partners.
Lead, inspire, and motivate the sales organization to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue growth targets by establishing sales quotas and holding the team accountable to efficiently hitting and exceeding targets.
Maintain expert-level knowledge in key product functionality.
You’ll Be a Good Fit If You Have
10+ years of experience in a sales leadership role at a Cyber company, with a track record of top performance.
Previous experience recruiting and scaling a team at a high-growth company.
A strong work ethic and internal drive to produce results.
Data-driven, and experience managing a pipeline using Salesforce or similar SFA tool.
Demonstrated success working with cross-functional teams, included but not limited to: marketing, business development, customer success, etc.
Demonstrated ability to develop team structures, performance measurements, and forecasting systems.
Experienced and credible in building valuable relationships with senior leaders & decision-makers in enterprise businesses.
