Technical Writer (Israel)

Waterfall Security is searching for an experienced technical writer to join our team and help take our customer-focused services to new heights. As an ideal candidate, you have proven experience in a highly technical field, such as software development, computer science, or engineering. Your ability to evaluate and analyze complex information is second to none, and you have a natural desire to help people understand things that are hard to understand. The position requires interfacing with Support, Presale, and R&D teams in order to create a professional technical document, which will be used by internal and external customers. You will be responsible for creating professional templates, implementing professional tools, define, and applying clear procedures for new and existing items. In addition, you will be responsible for maintaining the entire documents repository with easy and simple access to the users
