Solution Architect (North America)

We are looking for a Solution Architect for supporting sales teams throughout the various sales phases. Acts as a technical expert, and expected to collaborate with sales and support teams, to ensure feasibility of proposed tailored solutions, and their compatibility with customer needs.
You will be working on cutting-edge technologies related to cybersecurity and cloud, including supporting Cloud Infrastructure and Services, while serving to protect the most secure sites in the world.

Responsibilities

✔️Working closely with sales teams on proposals and sales presentations.
✔️Acting as a technical expert in meetings with customers and prospects.
✔️Collaborating with customers to advise effective solutions incorporating our products.
✔️Comprehending customer needs and devise solution requirements.
✔️Answering customer requests for information as well as proposal requests.✔️ Deploy middleware and infrastructure solutions in Waterfall’s Unidirectional Gateway Technology
✔️Presenting proposals to customers alongside members of sales teams.
✔️Executing Demos and POCs on customer site.

Requirements
Mandatory:

✔️Team player
✔️Deep knowledge of Networking and IT
✔️Fluent English – speaking, reading, and writing
✔️Good knowledge of Windows and Linux
✔️Availability for traveling – approx. 30% of the time
✔️Hands-on experience
✔️Customer-facing experience

Advantages: 

✔️ Familiarity with OT Networks and SCADA systems
✔️Database knowledge: MSSQL, MySQL, Oracle, Postgres, Maria DB etc.
✔️Experience in design and implementation of cloud computing platforms such as AWS, GCP or Azure
✔️Scripting capabilities
✔️At least 3-years of experience as a Solution Architect / Presale / Global customer support engineer
✔️Project management capabilities
✔️Experience responding to tenders
