Salesforce Admin (North America)

This role is for an experienced Salesforce Operations professional who can shape and build infrastructure, drive operational scale, innovate and leverage their technical skills to solve interesting business challenges.

Job description:

  • Design and develop new solutions on the Salesforce platform.
  • Design, implement and develop new capabilities to improve overall implementation processes.
  • Support & improve existing solutions.
  • Establish working processes to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
  • Develop & support interfaces with other systems (SAP Business & Hubspot) and apps.
  • Support users

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Admin
  • Good analytical skills, data querying, SQL and SOQL Knowledge.
  • Experience in Salesforce API integrations
  • Good understanding of business processes.
  • Expert ability to translate business requirements to technical design.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, team player.
  • Strong self-learning abilities
  • Creative thinking and cognitive flexibility.
  • Fluent English speaker.
  • Hands-on experience in .Net – an advantage.
  • Certified Salesforce developer – an advantage.
