Sales Director (Australia)

Waterfall is looking for self – motivated candidates to join our Sales Team in a leadership position and be part of an exciting startup.


  • New business development through leveraging your network and qualifying leads.
  • Secure key reference accounts in relevant verticals
  • Execute land-and-expand campaigns, from POC to large deployments
  • Deliver successfully on enterprise quota targets
  • Attending industry conferences and events periodically
  • Presenting and demonstrating Waterfall’s products
  • Apply both tactical and strategic go to market models aimed at growing the customer base both in short and long terms to drive higher revenues, customer growth and retention.



  • Experience in selling Network Security products, and comfortable working in startups
  • 10+ years of Direct Sales experience, ideally selling to industrial companies and/or Government sector
  • Previous experience in the field of ICS (Industrial Control Systems)- bid advantage
  • Experience working with global teams
  • Strong ability to multitask
  • Adaptability, flexibility, positive energy, and integrity
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and presentation skills
  • Excellent problem finding and solving skills
  • Willing to travel
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong business relationships with internal and external stakeholders at senior levels.
  • Strong technical and business knowledge with complimentary skills to understand the customers business drivers and align to Waterfall-Security solutions is essential.
  • Executive presence with excellent written and oral communication skills. Demonstrated ability to clearly communicate complex topics.
  • Must have the ability to work on his/her own without constant direction or supervision. He/she must be self-motivated and possess a strong work ethic to continually strive to put forth extra effort
