Sales Director (Australia)

Waterfall is looking for self – motivated candidates to join our Sales Team in a leadership position and be part of an exciting startup.


✔️New business development through leveraging your network and qualifying leads.
✔️Secure key reference accounts in relevant verticals
✔️Execute land-and-expand campaigns, from POC to large deployments
✔️Deliver successfully on enterprise quota targets
✔️Attending industry conferences and events periodically
✔️Presenting and demonstrating Waterfall’s products
✔️Apply both tactical and strategic go-to-market models aimed at growing the customer base both in short and long terms to drive higher revenues, customer growth and retention. 


✔️Experience in selling Network Security products, and comfortable working in startups
✔️10+ years of Direct Sales experience, ideally selling to industrial companies and/or Government sector
✔️Previous experience in the field of ICS (Industrial Control Systems)- bid advantage
✔️Experience working with global teams
✔️Strong ability to multitask
✔️Adaptability, flexibility, positive energy, and integrity
✔️Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and presentation skills
✔️Excellent problem finding and solving skills
✔️Willing to travel

✔️Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong business relationships with internal and external stakeholders at senior levels.
✔️Strong technical and business knowledge with complementary skills to understand the customers business drivers and align to Waterfall-Security solutions is essential.
✔️Executive presence with excellent written and oral communication skills. Demonstrated ability to clearly communicate complex topics.
✔️Must have the ability to work on his/her own without constant direction or supervision.
✔️He/she must be self-motivated and possess a strong work ethic to continually strive to put forth extra effort
