Position Description
Manage company production on subcontractor, issue orders, manage budget, manage order schedule, Solve technical issues,Manage file production- BOM, drawings, assembly procedure, test procedureLeading RCA process internal company.Leading production processes according to iso 9001:2015 certification.Leading PLM SW implementation for company products.Manage ECO process – internal and external process. Creating changes, leading the change through the process, and finally implementing the ECO in the company and at subcontractor.Define QC/ATP procedure -Mech/Hardware and Software application.Syncron production according to operation and sales department’s needs.Create/ update parts -cables and mechanical parts.
Requirements
Hardware Engineer/ practical engineer- mustAt least 3 years experience in relevant positions.Troubleshooting skills-advantage.Familiar with ISO9001:2015- certification -must.Familiar with ISO27001-advantage.Hands-on person- mustArrange and assertive person-mustAbility to define test procedureEnglish – writing, reading, speaking must be very good.Hebrew – very good.
SW skills
PLM experience (team center, agile)– advantageERP -experience – must.Full control – Excel, Word, Powerpoint – mustSolid works – advantage.
