What your job looks like:

✔️Negotiate a wide variety of commercial agreements, including, reseller agreements, licensing agreements, services agreements, NDAs, marketing collaborations and related documents.

✔️Assist in providing legal advice to on to various stakeholders in the Company and its Subsidiaries, including our teams in: sales, marketing, business development, R&D, HR, etc.

✔️Special projects as assigned by the company. Be an integral member of a legal department supporting a fast-growing innovative company.

✔️Hybrid working mode.

What We’d Love to See

✔️LLB degree or foreign equivalent from a leading academic faculty and license to practice law in Israel are required

✔️1-3 years’ experience as an in-house lawyer of a high-tech company or in the commercial/high-tech department of one of Israel’s leading law firms.

✔️A native English speaker/English at a mother tongue level, with significant experience reading, writing and communicating in English – MUST.

✔️A team player with strong interpersonal skills, and comfort working within a fast-paced business environment and globally distributed teams

✔️Outstanding attention to detail, excellent judgment, deep curiosity, an interest in cybersecurity technology and a hunger to keep learning.
