Lior Frenkel is the CEO and co-founder of Waterfall Security Solutions, a leading provider of unidirectional security gateways, stronger-than-firewalls perimeter security solutions for industrial control networks and critical infrastructures. With more than 20 years of hardware and software research and development experience, Mr. Frenkel leads Waterfall Security with extensive business and management expertise. His experience spans research, design and development of mission critical systems and national cyber security technologies and programs. He holds multiple patents and patent applications, primarily in the area of cyber security for OT and IT environments. Beyond the walls of Waterfall, he is a frequent contributor to regulatory steering committees, governmental forums, public hearings and closed-door briefings. Mr. Frenkel holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science and Statistics from Bar-Ilan University.

Joe Page is Waterfall’s Vice President of Sales in North America. Mr. Page brings over 25 years’ experience in the areas of enterprise IT infrastructure design and implementation, and cyber security solution business development and sales in both commercial and government sectors. He holds a M.S. in Computer Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a B.S. Electronic Engineering Technology from the University of Hartford.

Amir Grovais is Waterfall’s regional sales manager for APAC & the Middle East. Mr. Grovais brings over 20 years of experience in account management, enterprise sales and business development from a number of leading global security vendors including Checkpoint, Trend Micro and other leading Israeli vendors. Amir holds a B.A. in in Political Science & Business Management from the Open University.

Ran Pedhazur is Waterfall’s Vice President of Business Development. Mr. Pedhazur, a technology entrepreneur with strong international leadership track record, brings over 15 years of experience leading growth in start-ups and large corporations. Prior to coming to Waterfall, he led Deloitte’s Global TMT program for promoting and mentoring Israeli technologies in global target markets. Before Deloitte, he co-founded a semiconductor start-up. Mr. Pedhazur holds an MBA from Tel Aviv University, an AeA/Stanford Exec MBA, and a B.Sc. from the Technion Israel Institute of Technology.
VP INDUSTRIAL SECURITY
Andrew Ginter is Waterfall’s Vice President of Industrial Security. In this role, Mr. Ginter promotes, evangelizes and communicates Waterfall’s innovative technological approach to cyber security for industrial control networks and critical network infrastructures. He spent 25 years leading and managing R&D of commercial products for computer networking, industrial control systems and industrial cyber security for leading vendors including Hewlett-Packard, Agilent Technologies and Industrial Defender. Andrew holds degrees in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Calgary, as well as ISP, ITCP, and CISSP accreditations.
VP RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT
Yishay David fulfills the role as Waterfall’s VP of Research and Development, leading the core technology design, development and integration for deployment in industrial control networks and critical infrastructure. Mr. David brings 13 years of hands-on experience, having been with the company since its conception. He has also served as Waterfall’s premier implementation specialist, leading many projects from the scoping period to post-production. Mr. David holds a B.Sc. in Math and Computer Science from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
VP CUSTOMER SERVICE & OPERATIONS
Tomer Maor serves as Waterfall’s VP of Customer Service & Operations, overseeing the customer experience from pre-sales to renewals. Prior to this role, he led the R&D department, transforming innovation and technology into cyber security products for government, military and industrial environments. Mr. Maor has been with the company since its inception, after joining Gita Technologies in 2003, a leading signal intelligence and cyber security firm. In addition to his development work in cyber security, he designed and developed implanted devices in biotechnology companies, and lectured in computer science at the College of Management Academic Studies. He holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science from Tel-Aviv University.

Yossi Haras is Waterfall’s CFO since 2007. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Haras served as CFO at B&D Food Corporation and as a Senior Manager at Kost Forer Gabbay & Kasierer, a member of Ernst & Young Global. Mr. Haras is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA Israel) and holds a MBA from Tel Aviv University with specialization in Finance Management, a B.A. in Economics and Accounting from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
