Product Marketing 

Key responsibilities

  • Develops and reviews marketing and sales collateral, including brochures, data sheets, product architecture and other white papers, and technical notes
  • Understands Waterfall customers/buyers and buying criteria, and translates product features into customer benefits
  • Develops product positioning and compelling messaging to differentiate Waterfall products and attract customers
  • Manages external and internal launch of new products and releases, and develops relevant content, and trains sales teams
  • Develops competitive positioning and collateral
  • Develops content to support on-going demand-generation and lead-generation/nurturing programs
  • Participates in occasional shows and customer presentations world-wide, to evaluate finst-hand the effectiveness of messaging materials

 

Requirements

  • Very strong written English communication skills and experience
  • Experience with cyber security products for industrial control systems
  • 5+ years product marketing experience with at least 2 years’ experience in a field facing role
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications
  • Preferred: Experience with Hubspot, SalesForce, Google Analytics and WebTrends
  • Preferred: English as a mother tongue
  • Able to travel internationally up to 1 week per month
  • Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues and cross-functional teams

Pre-Sales Engineer (Preferred location: North America)

General Description

We are looking for a Pre-Sales Engineer (PSE) for supporting sales teams throughout the various sale phases. Acts as a technical expert, and expected to collaborate with sales and support teams, to ensure feasibility of proposed tailored solutions, and their compatibility with customer needs.

Responsibilities

  • Working closely with sales teams on proposals and sales presentations.
  • Acting as a technical expert in meetings with business development managers.
  • Collaborating with customers to devise effective solutions incorporating our products.
  • Ensuring our product answers customer needs.
  • Comprehending customer needs and devise solution requirements.
  • Answering customer requests for information as well as proposal requests.
  • Presenting proposals to customers alongside members of sales teams.
  • Executing POCs on customer site.

 

Requirements

Mandatory:

  • Deep knowledge with Networking and IT.
  • Good knowledge of Windows and Linux
  • High level database knowledge: MSSQL, MySQL, Oracle, Postgres, Maria DB etc.
  • Availability for frequent traveling – approx. 50% of the time

Customer Support Engineer (ISRAEL)

Job Description

  • Take ownership of reported customer issues and see problems through to resolution
  • Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues
  • Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
  • Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
  • Perform onsite installations
  • Perform on the job training (Hands-on)
  • Perform onsite new software and hardware upgrades
  • Complete detailed Field Service Reports and submit to management in a timely manner
  • Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues
  • Document knowledge in the form of knowledge base tech notes and articles
  • Use of CRM system and keeping it updated at all times

 

Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience as a global customer support engineer – Must
  • Experience with Networking and IT (Traffic capturing, Scripts, Batch files, etc.…) – Must
  • Deep knowledge in Windows and Linux operating systems (Installing and troubleshooting) – Must
  • Virtualization – Familiarity with VMware
  • Ability to troubleshoot software and hardware issues
  • Good level of database management, installation and troubleshooting: MSSQL, MySQL, Oracle, Postgres, MariaDB etc..
  • Auto didactic and enthusiastic to learn and use new tools and software never used before to reproduce issues in the lab
  • Knowledge in cloud based solutions (Microsoft Azure, AWS, Predix) and IoT (Preferred)

  • Experience and knowledge from the Cyber Security vertical (Preferred)
  • On-call – The position requires on-call rotation to answer global premium customers to meet the SLA.

Field Engineer (US East Coast or Israel)

General Description

We are looking for a Field Engineer (FE) for supporting our customers. Acts as a technical expert and expected to collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams, as well as to implement and maintain Waterfall solutions at customer’s sites

Responsibilities

  • Executing POCs and installations on customer site.
  • Preform on job training (Practical)
  • Reproduction and document customer bugs for the R&D
  • Collaborating with customers to devise effective solutions incorporating our products.
  • Answering customer requests for information.

 

Requirements

QA Team Leader (ISRAEL)

Requirements

  • Leadership abilities and experience leading a group of testers
  • Manage multiple product releases with multiple dependencies.
  • Should be able to identify resource needs, effectively plan, define test strategy, provide QA estimations, provide test management and test reporting throughout the testing cycle for management.
  • Determine test effort/costs for test planning and execution
  • Should be able to understand the technical details of the product(s) mainly the networking aspect and be familiar with relevant test tools.
  • Identifies and leads integration between SQA test automation tools
  • Develop/Implement automated, manual and unit tests to ensure adequate functional coverage
  • Experience with various tests environments and operating systems.

QA Engineer (ISRAEL)

We are looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) engineer to develop and execute exploratory and automated tests to ensure product quality.

QA engineer responsibilities include designing and implementing tests, debugging and defining corrective actions. You will also review system requirements and track quality assurance metrics (e.g. defect densities and open defect counts.)

The QA technician role plays an important part in our company’s product development process. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting tests before product launches to ensure software runs smoothly and meets client needs, while being cost-effective. If you hold an engineering background and enjoy providing end-to-end solutions to software quality problems, we’d like to meet you.

Ultimately, you should monitor all stages of software development to identify and resolve system malfunctions to meet quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
  • Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
  • Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities
  • Design, develop and execute automation scripts using open source tools
  • Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs
  • Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
  • Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs

  • Proven work experience in software quality assurance – At least 2 years
